Training
RiskWorks can support you by creating a risk management culture so that individuals are ready to receive risk management and apply a proactive approach in their day to day roles.
Risk management still may not be effective if you don't create an awareness of risk, an understanding of risk management and how to apply the process to identify and evaluate risk.
RiskWorks provides two forms of training:
- As an approved course provider for the new 2 day course certified by the Institute of Risk Management - The Management of Risk and Uncertainty (MoRU)
- By designing bespoke risk awareness and training programmes
Bespoke training
Different organisations require different approaches and RiskWorks will develop bespoke risk awareness and training programmes working with you to identify who to train, to what level and by what means. Our trainer is experienced at delivering risk awareness training in a variety of ways using a number of methods, selecting those most suited to the target audience and training strategy.
